While they were talking - the entire Chapel was ‘crying’, thus creating an environment full of sorrow and sadness. Sri Paramesh Bhattacharya coordinated the ceremonial session.
Flower wreath was put by BSPC General Secretary Mr Sushovan Das. Flower wreaths were also sent by his friends, the administration from Global College and Forum.
The community members present at the time stood in queues and paid their last respect by placing a white flower on his body.
Sri Rishikesh Bhatta (Purohit) perfomed the last rituals in Hindu riligious way. Dipayan’s friend and relative, Sri Bidhan Chakraborty gave the offerings to Dipayan.
In the end Harinam Sankirtan was performed as the screens of the Chapel started closing and moments later his body was cremated. All were watching the fume disappearing from the chimney in to the air, at the same time praying for Dipayan’s eternal peace.
Good Bye, Dipayan.
